Újházi pheasant soup with dry sherry and truffle-flavoured pancake strips

Duck breast with potato galette, melon concasse and Unicum Plum sauce

Matured veal medallions with roasted black bean and rice balls, roast tomatoes, lukewarm guacamole cream

New Year’s Eve trumpet filled with sparkling wine mousse, pasticcio cream in chocolate baskets and olives with martini sauce, shaken, not mixed
